The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein U, A1, A2, A3, A4, V, X, Y, Z, Q, m and n are as defined in the description and claims and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and/or pharmaceutically acceptable esters thereof. The compounds are useful for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of diseases which are associated with 2,3-oxidosqualene-lanosterol cyclase such as hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipemia, arteriosclerosis, vascular diseases, mycoses, gallstones, tumors and/or hyperproliferative disorders, and treatment and/or prophylaxis of impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes.
La présente invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle U, A?1¿, A?2¿, A?3¿, A?4¿, V, X, Y, Z, Q, m et n sont tels que définis dans les spécifications et les revendications, et des sels acceptables d'un point de vue pharmaceutique et/ou des esters acceptables d'un point de vue pharmaceutique de ceux-ci. Ces composés sont utilisés dans le traitement et/ou la prophylaxie de maladies associées à la 2,3-oxydosqualène-lanostérol cyclase, comme par exemple l'hypercholestérolémie, l'hyperlipémie, l'artériosclérose, les maladies vasculaires, les mycoses, les calculs biliaires, les tumeurs et/ou les troubles hyperprolifératifs, et le traitement et/ou la prophylaxie de l'intolérance au glucose et du diabète.
