A Christmas lamp socket in the present invention having an inner socket for a Chrsitmas lamp to fit therein and an outer socket for the inner socket to fit therein is provided. The outer socket has a C-shaped projection which protrudes from the outer socket and has a gapped cylindrical hole. The inner socket has a barrel which is a central hole, a plurality of contacting surfaces in the barrel for holding the Christmas lamp, a plurality of supporting ribs outside the barrel for strengthening the inner socket and a plurality of hollow zones between the contacting surfaces for heat to escape. Further the inner socket has a fitting bar with a bendable thin zone to be fixed with the C-shaped projection.
