A process for separating, in the liquid phase, a reaction mixture which comprises a first chlorinated sucrose and at least one additional component selected from the group consisting of at least one other chlorinated sucrose different from said first chlorinated sucrose, salt and solvent, by injecting said reaction mixture onto a fixed bed of solid adsorbent and treating with a desorbent such that: (a) the first chlorinated sucrose passes through the adsorbent into a first recoverable product stream rich in said first chlorinated sucrose at a rate, which is different than the rate at which, (b) at least one of said additional components passes through the adsorbent into at least a second recoverable stream rich in said additional component.

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à séparer, dans la phase liquide, un mélange réactionnel renfermant un premier sucrose chloré et au moins un composant supplémentaire sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par au moins un autre sucrose chloré différent dudit premier sucrose chloré, sel et solvant; ce procédé comporte les étapes consistant à injecter ledit mélange réactionnel sur un lit fixe d'adsorbant solide, et à le traiter avec un désorbant, de sorte que: (a) le premier sucrose chloré passe à travers l'adsorbant dans un premier flux de produit récupérable riche en premier sucrose mentionné, selon un débit différent du débit auquel (b) au moins un desdits composants supplémentaires passe à travers l'adsorbant dans un deuxième flux récupérable riche en ce composant supplémentaire.
