The invention relates to a drying method utilizing a special arrangement of supply and exhaust air roofs, wherein supply air is applied to the individual streams of goods not only in a manner alternating from left to right, but also in a manner which avoids a surplus of supply and exhaust air roofs, which are commonly utilized on the separation plane between two shaft modules separated from each other at 180°, for the purpose of changing the direction from which air is applied. This approach is particularly advantageous for the drying of parboiled rice.

L'invention concerne un procédé de séchage qui, grâce à une disposition spéciale des toits d'amenée d'air et des toits d'évacuation d'air, permet non seulement de solliciter les flux de produits individuels avec de l'air frais alternativement de gauche et de droite, mais aussi d'éviter une accumulation de toits d'amenée d'air et de toits d'évacuation d'air, qui survient habituellement sur le niveau de séparation entre deux modules de colonne décalés de 180° l'un par rapport à l'autre, l'objectif étant de changer le côté de sollicitation. Ce procédé est avantageux en particulier pour le séchage du riz étuvé.
