ABSTRACT A device for introducing treatment fluids into a consumer unit of smoking tobacco which includes a casing having receptacle openings at one end for receiving in side- by-side relation, a valved tubular aerosol dispenser containing the treatment fluid and the unit of smoking tobacco. The base of the device contains passages for carrying fluid from the dispenser located in one receptacle into an hollow injection needle located within the other receptacle such that the needle penetrates and enables the treatment fluid to permeate the unit of smoking tobacco. The present device is of a relatively simple mechanical design, is economical to mass produce and is relatively convenient to use.
