A frequency response adjuster for a frequency responsive circuit, and a method for tuning a frequency response of a circuit, are disclosed. The adjuster may include a time constant sensor, wherein a charging state of the frequency responsive circuit may be measured by, and output from, the time constant sensor as a first voltage, a converter that samples the first voltage and outputs a second voltage resultant from a conversion of the first voltage by the converter, an array of trimming components, and a selector that utilizes the second voltage to select at least one trimming component from the array of trimming components. The method includes the steps of sensing a time constant of the circuit, outputting the sensing as a first voltage, sampling the first voltage over a fixed interval, converting the sampled first voltage to a second voltage, and selecting, utilizing the second voltage, at least one trimming component from an array of trimming components. The time constant of the circuit may be trimmed by the at least one trimming component selected.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de réglage de réponse en fréquence destiné à un circuit sensible à une fréquence et un procédé permettant d'accorder une réponse en fréquence d'un circuit. Ledit dispositif de réglage peut comprendre un capteur de constante temporelle, un état de charge du circuit sensible à une fréquence pouvant être mesuré au moyen dudit capteur de constante temporelle et produit à partir de celui-ci sous forme d'une première tension; un convertisseur échantillonnant la première tension et produisant une seconde tension résultant de la conversion de ladite première tension au moyen dudit convertisseur; un réseau de composants de réglage fin; et un sélecteur utilisant la seconde tension afin de sélectionner au moins un composant de réglage fin dans le réseau de composants de réglage fin. Ledit procédé consiste à capter une constante temporelle du circuit, à produire ladite constante sous forme d'une première tension, à échantillonner cette première tension dans un intervalle fixe, à convertir la première tension échantillonnée en une seconde tension, et à sélectionner au moyen de cette seconde tension au moins un composant de réglage fin. La constante temporelle du circuit peut être réglée finement à l'aide d'au moins un composant de réglage sélectionné.
