H. ?bel 19 CIRCUIT ARRANGEMENT FOR ADJUSTING THE AMPLI- FICATION OF THE SIGNALS OF A PLURALITY OF CHAN- NELS TO THE SAME VALUE Abstract of the Disclosure To permit uniform, common gain control of a plurality of channels by means of unselected semiconductor devices having greatly varying characteristics, a circuit is proposed which turns these semiconductor devices either fully "on" or "off", and effects the control by varying the on-off ratio. To do this, a sawtooth signal is superimposed on the control signal, and the resulting signal is applied to the semicon- ductor devices through a threshold switch.
