A B S T R A C T To prevent the supply of interfering signals by peripheral plug-in modules of a digital telephone exchange, it is known to suppress the enable signals for such a period of time that after the supply voltage has been applied on plug-in a given time interval has elapsed and the supply voltage has reached a predetermined threshold value. To keep interfering signals produced during operation at a safe distance from the time- division multiplex highway the use of circuit arrangements with monostable multivibrators is known. It is then assumed that in the event of interferences the enable signals occur as continuous signals. Should the channel allocator behave in a neutral manner to the exterior on switch-on, then an RC-circuit which produces a blocking signal for all the outputs of the channel allocator, is connected to a store. To ensure a channel allocation which is correct with respect to time, a synchronization state supervising circuit is provided which comprises charge pulse generating circuits and counters and, on the basis of charge pulses or counting pulses, respectively, derived from the synchronizing signal and the plug-in position coding, effects the supervision of the synchronized state.
