The invention provides a circuit board comprising: a substantially circular substrate shaped for mounting in an S-type meter socket; and a plurality of openings through the substrate, the respective openings positioned and sized to each receive respective mating contacts of the S-type meter socket. In another form the invention provides a circuit board comprising: a substantially cruciform substrate having four arms of substantially equal length, the substrate shaped for mounting in an S-type meter socket; and four openings through the substrate, the openings defined by the four arms and positioned and sized to each receive respective mating contacts of the S-type meter socket. The invention further provides related methods of forming a circuit board.
L'invention concerne une carte de circuit imprimé comprenant : un substrat sensiblement circulaire formé pour être monté dans un emplacement de compteur de type S ; et une pluralité d'ouvertures à travers le substrat, les ouvertures respectives étant positionnées et leur taille adaptée pour recevoir chacune des contacts de connexion respectifs de l'emplacement de compteur de type S. L'invention concerne dans une autre forme une carte de circuit imprimé comprenant : un substrat sensiblement cruciforme comportant quatre bras de longueurs sensiblement égales, le substrat étant formé pour être monté dans un emplacement de compteur de type S ; et quatre ouvertures à travers le substrat, les ouvertures définies par les quatre bras étant positionnées et leur taille adaptée pour recevoir chacune des contacts de connexion respectifs de l'emplacement de compteur de type S. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés associés de fabrication d'une carte de circuit imprimé.
