CIRCUIT FOR INTERFACING AN AUDIO FREQUENCY LINE TO CENTRAL UNIT ABSTRACT An interface circuit interfacing an AF line to a central unit. This circuit makes use of an RF transformer mounted in such a way that the AF useful signal to be transmitted modulates an RF carrier generated in the primary winding of transformer and that the resulting modulated signal is demodulated (through DET) by a full wave rectifier and low pass filter in the secondary winding of the same before its being transmitted onto the line.
