The invention concerns circuits for measuring and controlling differential voltages in series. To control individually the differential voltages of voltage sources in series, there is provided an integrated circuit for a set of N sources (Bi) in series. Said circuit comprises N cells for measuring and controlling the discharge (CMi) which are produced each in a separate housing, isolated from the substrate and other housings. The cells are connected to the circuits formed in the substrate by level translation circuits (BHi, HBi) having one part inside the housing and one part outside the housing. Said circuits use transistors holding voltages of several tens of volts. The integrated circuits may be cascaded on a SPI bus if a group of k.N sources with k>1 is to be controlled.
L'invention concerne les circuits de gestion de tensions différentielles en série. Pour contrôler individuellement les tensions différentielles de sources de tension en série, on prévoit un circuit intégré de contrôle pour un ensemble de N sources (Bi) en série. Ce circuit comporte N cellules de mesure et de commande de décharge (CMi) qui sont réalisées chacune dans un caisson séparé, isolé du substrat et des autres caissons. Les cellules sont reliées aux circuits formés dans le substrat par des circuits de translation de niveau (BHi, HBi) ayant une partie dans le caisson et une partie hors du caisson. Ces circuits utilisent des transistors tenant des tensions de plusieurs dizaines de volts. Les circuits intégrés peuvent être mis en cascade sur un bus SPI si on veut contrôler un groupe de k.N sources avec k>1.
