L'invention s'attrait à un circuit pour la production d'énergie utilisant un mélange hydrogène/oxygène. Le circuit comprend un entreposage du mélange hydrogène/oxygène à l'état liquide qui est dissout dans un matériau dont l'inertie thermique est suffisamment grand pour empêcher le mélange d'atteindre une température trop élevé.
