ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A pulse filter is connected between a high voltage level shift circuit which produces output puls- es in a pattern determined by an input logic circuit and the high side logic circuit which controls the production of power MOSFET or IGBT gate signals or the like. The pulse filter immunizes the circuit against false operation due to the fast dv/dt transients. The circuit is integrated into a power integrated circuit for a MOS device gate driver.
