A circuit (202; 204) for transferring high voltage analog video signals while enabling the use of conventional low voltage logic levels includes a first transistor (308; 308') powered by a high voltage power source to bias a pass transistor (114; 124) at a high voltage level. The pass transistor receives a high voltage video signal and because of the high voltage bias is able to pass the video signal without attenuation of the signal due to feedthrough effects, thus preserving the fidelity of the video signal. A second transistor (304; 304') provides a ground potential which operates to turn OFF the pass transistor, thus disabling the transfer of the video signal therethrough. A third transistor (306; 306') operatively coupled to the first transistor operates to turn OFF the first transistor when the second transistor is in operation.
L'invention concerne un circuit (202; 204) pour le transfert de signaux vidéo analogiques haute tension, tout en permettant l'utilisation de niveaux logiques faible tension conventionnels, comprenant un premier transistor (308; 308') alimenté par une source de courant haute tension pour polariser un transistor ballast (114; 124) à un niveau haute tension. Le transistor ballast reçoit un signal vidéo haute tension et est en mesure, en raison de la polarisation haute tension, de transférer le signal vidéo sans atténuation du signal due à des effets de traversée, préservant ainsi la fidélité du signal vidéo. Un deuxième transistor (304; 304') fournit un potentiel de terre qui agit pour mettre hors fonction le transistor ballast, invalidant ainsi le transfert du signal vidéo à travers le circuit. Un troisième transistor (306; 306'), couplé de façon opérationnelle au premier transistor, agit pour mettre hors fonction le premier transistor lorsque le deuxième transistor est opérationnel.
