Antibacterial agents which are excellent in antibacterial activity and safety and comprise compounds represented by general formula (I), their salts, or hydrates of the same, wherein R1 represents hydrogen or alkyl; R2 represents hydrogen or alkyl; R3 and R5 represent each hydrogen; R4 represents hydroxy, halogeno, carbamoyl, alkyl, alkoxy or alkylthio; R6 and R7 represent each hydrogen or alkyl; n is an integer of from 1 to 3; R4 and the substituent on the pyrrolidine ring of general formula (III) are arranged at the cis- configuration; and Q is a partial structure represented by general formula (a).
Cette invention se rapporte à des agents antibactériens qui ont d'excellentes propriétés du point de vue de l'activité antibactérienne et de la sécurité et qui contiennent des composés représentés par la formule générale (I), à leurs sels ou à des hydrates de ceux-ci. Dans cette formule (I), R?1¿ représente hydrogène ou alkyle; R?2¿ représente hydrogène ou alkyle; R?3¿ et R?5¿ représentent chacun hydrogène; R?4¿ représente hydroxy, halogéno, carbamoyle, alkyle, alkoxy ou alkylthio; R?6¿ et R?7¿ représentent chacun hydrogène ou alkyle; n est égal à un nombre entier compris entre 1 et 3; R?4¿ et le substituant se trouvant sur le cycle pyrrolidine de la formule générale (III) sont disposés dans la configuration cis; et Q représente une structure partielle de la formule générale (a).
