ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: An apparatus for clamping a non-beaded end of an airspring bellows to a piston means. The apparatus comprises piston means having a generally annular opening adapted to receive the end of the airspring bellows therein, wherein the generally annular opening has asso- ciated therewith an inwardly extending ramp; and clamp means having a first end and a second end, the second end having a frustum shaped portion adapted to coact with the annular opening and the inwardly extending ramp of the piston means in order to retain the non- beaded end of the airspring bellows between the piston means and the clamp means. The clamp means includes barb means adapted to coact with the ramp in order to cause the non-beaded end of the air-spring bellows to be retained between said piston means and said clamp means.
