ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A clamp holder for the purpose of clamping boards or board-shaped components for their suspension in and removal from electroplating baths, in which connection two clamp halves are pressed into the clamping position by spring force and act on the board or board-shaped component with clamping projections, characterized in that the first of the clamp halves is divided into two movable clamp parts, that each of these movable clamp parts in relation to the other, second fixed clamp half is separately pivotable under the action of springs and that each of the clamp parts possesses a clamping projection which corresponds in each case to a clamping projection of the other clamp half located opposite in the clamping position.
