ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A vibrator capable of reaching the natural frequency of stored products such as wood chips assumes a configuration capable of attachment to rail cars or storage hoppers. The vibrator may be used to aid in the discharging of stored products or may be used to assist in the packing of stored products. The eccentrics of the vibrator attach to a cylindrical casing with fixed jaws. The vibrator's cylindrical casing and jaws are constructed to allow the angle iron or "I" beam on which the vibrator attaches to be in close proximity to the rotating eccentics, thereby effectively imparting the vibrational frequency to the storage facility. The cylindrical casing and jaws are affixed to the storage facility by dead end bolts, sleeves and locking bolts. A portable pump unit is designed in conjunction with the vibrator to hydraulically or pneumatically drive the vibrator and give the operator flexibility as to where the operator can position the vibrator.
