The invention relates to a clamping device for clamping a longitudinal fixing element (2), in particular a Kirschner wire. Said device consists of a screw (3) of height H, at least partially configured from a truncated cone and comprising a cone axis (4) and a conical outer surface (5) with a thread (6), a continuous bore (7) that is coaxial with the cone axis (4) and that houses the longitudinal fixing element (2), a rear end (8) containing means (9) for turning the screw (3) and a front end (1). The front end (1) of the screw (3) is provided with at least one longitudinal slot (10) of length L, which extends radially into the continuous bore (7) in such a way that the screw (3) can be at least partially compressed in a radial direction.

Dispositif de serrage destiné à serrer un élément de fixation longitudinal (2), en particulier un fil de Kirschner. Ledit dispositif est constitué d'une vis (3) au moins partiellement tronconique de hauteur H pourvue d'un axe (4) de cône et d'une surface périphérique conique (5) dotée d'un filet (6), d'un trou traversant (7) à extension coaxiale par rapport à l'axe (4) de cône, destiné à recevoir l'élément de fixation longitudinal (2), d'une extrémité arrière (8) pourvue de moyens (9) permettant le vissage de la vis (3) et d'une extrémité avant (1). L'extrémité avant (1) de la vis (3) est pourvue d'au moins une fente longitudinale (10) de longueur L qui s'étend radialement jusqu'à l'intérieur du trou traversant (7) si bien que ladite vis (3) peut subir une compression radiale au moins partielle.
