A-700 12.02.1990 Clamping device for an axially displaceable actuator for gripper changeover on a gripper cylinder of a sheet-fed rotary printing press A b s t r a c t : There is a description of a clamping device for an axially displaceable actuator (28) for gripper changeover on a gripper cylinder (2) of a turning apparatus in a sheet-fed rotary printing press, in which, through the intermediary of intermediate members, a pressure bar (12) - said pressure bar (12) being loaded in the clamping direction by the reaction force of a preloaded spring (14) and being axially movably guided in the gripper cylinder (2) - clamps clamping pieces (54, 55 and 60, 61) - said clamping pieces (54, 55 and 60, 61) being movably guided, radially with respect to the gripper cylinder (2), in the actuator (28), said actuator (28) being axially displaceable on the gripper cylinder (2) - radially against the gripper cylinder (2) with the reaction force of the spring (14) and in which the pressure bar (12) cooperates with an electrically safeguarded adjusting element (28) for reducing the spring tension. An intermediate member is in the form of a two-arm pressure lever (27), said two-arm pressure lever (27) being movably held about a bearing pin (29), said bearing pin (29) being disposed transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the gripper cylinder (2), one arm of said two-arm pressure lever (27) forming a counter-bearing for the pressure bar (12) and the other -17- A-700 12.02.1990 Stb/Sa arm comprising on the drive side a support for clamping pieces (54, 55), said support being radially movable in the gripper cylinder, the bearing pin (29) of the pressure lever (27) being in the form of a rolling pin and being movable in the gripper cylinder (2) axially with respect to the longitudinal axis of the latter and being connected in rotationally movable manner to a pressure member (57), said pressure member (57) being axially displaceable in the gripper cylinder and acting on a further pressure lever (58), said further pressure lever (58) being movably held on the operator side in the gripper cylinder (2) about a hinge pin (59) of fixed transverse axis. Said pressure lever (58) comprises a counter-bearing for the pressure member (57) and, at an angle thereto, a support for clamping pieces (60, 61), said clamping pieces (60, 61) being guided in the adjusting member on the operator side radially with respect to the longitudinal axis of the gripper cylinder. -18-
