The invention concerns a surgical clamping device for hollow anatomical structures, such as, mainly, blood vessels, but also tracheal systems, intestines and the like. Said device comprises a flexible guide (20), two jaws (30) each formed by an elongated member perforated with a longitudinal slot (32) and having a distal end and a proximal end, said jaws (30) adapted to be fitted on the guide (20) with their proximal end facing towards each of the guide ends; a chuck (34) adapted to be slipped on the two ends of the guide (20) and capable of bringing closer to each other the axes of the two jaws (30) and a squeezing device. The inventive device is particularly useful for clamping the aorta.

Un dispositif de clampage chirurgical pour structures anatomiques caves, telles que, essentiellement, les vaisseaux sanguins, mais aussi trach~es, intestins, etc. Ce dispositif comprend un guide (20) flexible; deux m~choires (30) form~es chacune d'un membre allong~ perc~ d'un canal longitudinal (32) et pr~sentant une extr~mit~ distale et une extr~mit~ proximale, ces m~choires (30) ~tant enfilables sur le guide (20) avec leur extr~mit~ proximale tourn~e vers chacune des extr~mit~s du guide; un mandrin (34) enfilable sur les deux extr~mit~s du guide (20) et apte Ù rapprocher l'un de l'autre les axes des deux m~choires (30) et un dispositif d'actionnement du pin×age. Le dispositif de l'invention s'applique plus particuli­rement au clampage de l'aorte.
