The invention relates to a clamping device (1), for shoelaces (2), or similar fastener means, comprising clamping jaws, between which the shoelaces (2) can be clamped in a closed position, and can be moved back and forth in an open position, whereby the clamping device (1) may be clipped in the open position and the clipping in the open position, for the clamping device (1), may be released by means of a movement of the shoelace (2) for clamping in a direction other than the direction of tension of the shoelace (2) and a shoe (16) with such a clamping device (1).
