ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The specification describes a unitary plastic clamping strap having an elongated body portion with a head molded at one end thereof and a tongue formed at the other end with stop latches on its edges adapted to locking engage saw teeth formed in a longitudinally extending channel in the bead. The head is comprised of a pair of transversely spaced side walls which are interconnected by two sets of transversely extending longitudinally spaced bridge elements spaced from one another in a normal direction. The saw teeth are formed on each side wall with a saw tooth disposed adjacent or associated with each bridge element. The bridge elements of the sets are formed so as not to overlap with one another in the normal direction to simplify manufacturing procedures of the strap.
