A fastener of such a system that lockingly engages a holder fitted to the end part of one chain-like part of an ornament with a holder receiver fitted to the end part of the other chain-like part of the ornament. Magnets attracted to each other or a magnet and a metal material attracted to the magnet are installed, as attracting materials, on the holder and in the holder receiver at portions allowing the holder and the holder receiver to be guided to correct engagement positions. Thus, the pair of locking members can be guided and positioned at correct locking positions relative to each other without relying on visual adjustment.
