ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE CLASP FOR PARALLEL ELONGATED MEMBERS Disclosed is a slideable clasp for affixing to and positioning two elongated members close to another, comprising a base member and a cover member, with means on each base member and cover member for connecting the base member to the cover member, the means for connecting on one of the members including laterally spaced hinge parts which snappingly engage laterally spaced hinge parts on the other of the members to provide a pivotal hinge between the base member and the cover member. A guideway extends length- wise between the base member and the cover member and between the spaced hinge parts for accommodating elongated members throughout the length of the clasp perpendicular to the hinge axis. Elastic spring means provide a force at one end of the clasp between the base member and the cover member which is sufficient to cause the base member and the cover member to pivot about the hinge, and cause the opposite ends of the base member and the cover member to engage elongated members extending through the guideway and which is capable of maintain- ing the clasp at a specific position along the lengths of the elongated members.
