A valve of cleanable design capable of maintaining unfavourable conditions for microbial activity on the downstream side and/or outlet of the valve, said valve comprising: A smooth and contoured body (5) with an integral upstream connector (1), downstream connector and defined fluid flow path; a flexible sealing membrane (9) being: (i) selectively moveable into contact with the valve body to close the valve; (ii) selectively moveable out of contact with the valve body to open the valve; (iii) selectively operable to a range of positions to vary the flow rate of fluid through said valve; a defined internal shape that allows the fluid to drain out of the valve body; an elongated heater (7) secured into the valve body in a location so as not to be contact with the fluid or disrupt the internal smooth and contoured body, the heater being operative to heat the valve body to a predetermined temperature.
La présente invention concerne une vanne pouvant être nettoyée, capable de maintenir des conditions défavorables pour une activité microbienne côté aval et/ou à la sortie de la vanne. Cette vanne comprend un corps lisse et profilé (5) qui présente un connecteur intégré en amont (1), un connecteur en aval et une voie d'écoulement fluidique définie, une membrane d'étanchéité souple (9) (i) qui peut venir en contact avec le corps de vanne afin de fermer la vanne; (ii) qui peut se déplacer hors contact avec le corps de vanne afin d'ouvrir la vanne; (iii) qui peut passer dans une gamme de positions afin de faire varier le débit de fluide à travers la vanne et qui présente une forme interne définie permettant au fluide de sortir du corps de vanne, ainsi qu'un système de chauffage allongé (7) qui est fixé dans le corps de vanne à un emplacement de façon à ne pas être en contact avec le fluide ou à interrompre le corps interne lisse et profilé et qui est conçu pour chauffer le corps de vanne à une température prédéfinie.
