The invention relates to a detergent, especially for cleaning outlet pipes, for waste water containing fat and/or protein from households, of communal origin or from industrial concerns. The detergent contains urea, a urea derivative, a salt of urea and/or a salt of a urea derivative in proportions of approximately 50 to 90 wt. % urea, a urea derivative, a salt of urea and/or a salt of a urea derivative in relation to the dry substance; an agent with an alkaline action, protease and micro-organisms which break down fat.
L'invention concerne un détergent destiné notamment au nettoyage de tuyaux de d'écoulement des eaux d'égouts, contenant de la graisse et/ou des protéines, d'origine domestique et communale ou issues d'entreprises industrielles, ces eaux ayant une certaine teneur en urée, en dérivé d'urée, en sel d'urée et/ou sel d'un dérivé d'urée. Le détergent contient environ 50 à 90 % en poids d'urée, de dérivé d'urée, de sel d'urée et/ou de sel d'un dérivé d'urée, par rapport à une matière sèche, et un agent alcaliquement actif, protéase ainsi que des micro-organismes décomposant la graisse.
