The invention concerns a method of removing soil from a surface, comprises the steps of:(a) treating the surface with an antioxidant; (b) allowing the soil to deposit; and (c) cleaning the surface to remove the soil.The invention also concerns the use of antioxidants on surfaces to facilitate removal of soil deposited on the surface treated with the antioxidant.
