The present invention relates to corrosion inhibitor systems, in particular to cleaning and corrosion inhibiting compositions for surfaces of aluminum or colored metals and alloys thereof under alkaline conditions, especially in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The cleaning and corrosion inhibiting compositions comprise as a corrosion inhibitor at least one alkyleneoxy alkylphosphate di- or triester having the general formula (I) where Z is either -O-M or -O - (AO)n - Alkyl wherein M is an ammonium, alkali metal or alkaline earth metal cation, Alkyl is a C5-C22 alkyl or alkylaryl group, AO is a C2-4-alkylene oxide unit and n1, n2 and n~ each are integers from 2 to 10.
L'invention concerne des systèmes inhibiteurs de corrosion, en particulier des compositions de nettoyage et anticorrosion pour des surfaces d'aluminium ou de métaux colorés et d'alliages de ceux-ci dans des conditions alcalines, notamment dans l'industrie alimentaire et l'industrie pharmaceutique. Ces compositions de nettoyage et anticorrosion comprennent comme inhibiteur de corrosion au moins un diester ou triester d'alkylèneoxy-alkylphosphate représenté par la formule générale (I), Z représentant -O-M ou -O - (AO)n?2¿ - Alkyl, M représentant un ammonium, un métal alcalin ou un cation de métal alcalino-terreux, Alkyl représentant un groupe alkylaryle ou alkyle C¿5?-C¿22?, AO représentant un motif oxyde d'alkylène C¿2-4? et n?1¿, n?2¿ et n?3¿ représentant chacun un nombre entier compris entre 2 et 10.
