This invention relates to a cleaning and degreasing composition with no flash point, comprised of at least one organic compound (A) selected from the group consisting of the perfluoro-(N-alkylmorpholines), hydrofluoroalkanes, perfluoroalkanes, hydrofluoroalkenes, chloromethanes, fluorinated ethers, at least one mixture of alkanes or cycloalkanes (B) and at least one organic compound(C) selected from the group consisting of ketones, ether alcohols and derivatives.
