CLEANING AND WATERPROOFING COMPOSITION ABSTRACT A composition and method for cleaning and waterproofing fabrics and textiles is disclosed. The composition comprises a siloxane resin copolymer, a polydimethylsiloxane fluid, a titanate ester and a dimethylsiloxane-oxyalkylene block copolymer dispersed in a major portion of a solvent selected from volatile cyclic dimethylsiloxanes, petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons or mixtures thereof.
