ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to a composition which is designed to be used as a cleaning agent and oil dispersant. The composition has a number of active ingredients mixed with water. The solution provides for the use of such active ingredients as sodium lauryl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, ethoxylated nonylphenol, lauric acid diethanolamide, diethanolamine and propylene glycol.
