There are provided cleaning compositions for removing soils from a substrate. These compositions comprise: (a) at least one C10 or higher terpene hydrocarbon solvent; (b) at least one surfactant; (c) at least one metal corrosion inhibiting agent; (d) at least one hard surface stress crazing inhibiting agent; and (e) water; wherein, if the soil comprises oil, the composition forms an oil-removing oil and water emulsion with said oil for a time sufficient to remove the oil from the substrate, the oil removing emulsin releasing free water within twenty-four hours after formation; the composition having a pH of less than about 10.

L'invention porte sur des compositions de nettoyage permettant d'enlever des salissures d'un substrat, et comprenant: (a) au moins un solvant hydrocarbure de terpène C¿10? ou supérieur; (b) au moins un agent tensioactif; (c) au moins un agent inhibant la corrosion métallique; (d) au moins un agent inhibant la fissuration sous contrainte d'une surface dure; et (e) de l'eau. Si les salissures contiennent de l'huile, la composition forme, avec cette huile, une émulsion huile-dans-l'eau pendant suffisamment longtemps pour éliminer l'huile du substrat, cette émulsion d'élimination d'huile libérant de l'eau sous forme libre dans les vingt-quatre heures suivant sa formation. Ladite composition présente un pH inférieur à environ 10.
