A cleaning device that excels in dust collection capability, and that permits wide-reaching material selection with respect to its constituent fibers and substrate sheet, and that while preventing thermal deterioration and thermal hardening of materials, can be produced within a short processing time; and a process for producing the same. There is provided cleaning device (1) obtained by furnishing a multiplicity of long fibers (30) of aligned direction with linear binding part (40) for binding the long fibers together through heat sealing to thereby form member of bound long fibers (31) joined together in advance by the binding part (40), and bonding the resultant member of bound long fibers (31) to substrate sheet (6) by means of an adhesive of hot melt type, etc. Further, a brush sheet having multiple brush shaped pieces at its part with brush shaped pieces not formed may be united with a fiber bundle and substrate sheet (6) by means of an adhesive.
L~invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage excellent en matière de capacité de ramassage de la poussière, permettant une vaste sélection de matériaux par rapport à ses fibres constitutives et sa feuille de substrat, empêchant la détérioration thermique et le durcissement thermique des matériaux, et que l~on peut obtenir en un court laps de temps de traitement, et un procédé de fabrication idoine. Elle porte sur un dispositif de nettoyage (1) obtenu en fournissant une multiplicité de longues fibres (30) alignées avec la pièce de liaison linéaire (40) afin de lier les longues fibres les unes aux autres par scellement thermique pour ainsi obtenir un élément de longues fibres liées (31) jointes les unes aux autres par avance par la pièce de liaison (40), et en collant l~élément résultant de longues fibres liées (31) à une feuille de substrat (6) à l~aide d~un adhésif de type à fusion à chaud, etc. Elle concerne également une feuille de brossage ayant de multiples pièces en forme de brosse que l~on peut réunir avec un faisceau de fibres et une feuille de substrat (6) au moyen d~un adhésif au niveau de sa partie ne contenant pas de pièces en forme de brosse.
