The cleaning system(20) includes a handle (24) defining a fluid reservoir (30) retaining cradle (36) and a moveably attached support member (26) configured to receive a cleaning implement (28) . The pivotal arrangement (82, 54) of the handle (24) and support member (26) allow liquid to be selectively applied to either the surface to be cleaned or the cleaning implement (28) .
