The invention provides a device which can be used to evacuate remnant grain or other particulate material from the floor of storage bins. The device consists of a cleaning duct which is rotatably and operatively attached to an unloading duct at a point on a planar bin floor. There is a material inlet which runs along the edge of the cleaning duct in close proximity to the bin floor. A power vacuum device is attached to the unloading duct at a point outside of the bin and as the cleaning duct is rotated about its attachment to the unloading duct, the material inlet moves along the bin floor and loose grain or other stored material can be vacuumed up through the cleaning duct and out of the storage area through the unloading duct, and conventionally loaded outside of the bin. The cleaning duct could be moved manually, or drive means could be used. Rendering the cleaning duct adjustable in length, or pivotal up and down from its attachment point, would allow for the use of the device in non-circular bins or bins with sloped floors or loads.
