A method for controlling the cleaning of an endlessly circulating belt (1) in a machine for the production and/or processing of a paper, cardboard, tissue or another fibre-material strip, by means of a cleaning device (2) which applies cleaning fluid to the belt (1) and by means of a traversing unit (3) which is coupled thereto and which displaces the cleaning device (2) across the direction (11) in which the belt moves. Cleaning is improved in such a way that the traversing speed is controlled according to the traversing direction and/or the amount of cleaning fluid applied to the belt (1) according to the traversing direction.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour commander le nettoyage d'une bande (1) tournant en continu dans une machine servant à produire et/ou à façonner une bande de papier, de carton, de papier de soie ou d'une autre matière fibreuse, au moyen d'un dispositif de nettoyage (2) qui applique un liquide de nettoyage sur la bande (1) et au moyen d'une unité de déplacement transversal (3) qui est couplée audit dispositif de nettoyage (2) et qui déplace ce dernier (2) transversalement au sens de déplacement (11) de la bande. L'objectif de l'invention est d'améliorer le nettoyage. A cet effet, la vitesse de déplacement transversal est commandée en fonction du sens de déplacement transversal et/ou la quantité de liquide de nettoyage appliqué sur la bande (1) est commandée en fonction du sens de déplacement transversal.
