The invention provides systems, methods and apparatus for cleaning a mixing truck by removing and recycling any non-delivered material. In one exemplary system, the invention is preferably attached to a mixing truck having at least one delivery chute and a loading hopper. A rail is configured to be attached to the mixing truck so that the bottom end is near a ground surface and the top end is near the loading hopper. The system further comprises a canister that is movable between the delivery chute and the rail. A lifting mechanism is movably attached to the rail and includes a securing device so that the lifting mechanism may secure and transport the canister along the rail. In this manner, material remaining in the delivery chute may be washed into the canister when positioned below the chute. The canister may then be moved near the rail and secured to the lifting mechanism which in turn transports the canister to the loading hopper where the contents may be emptied.

Cette invention concerne des systèmes, méthodes et appareils de nettoyage de bétonnière par enlèvement et recyclage de matière en trop. Dans une variante, l'objet de l'invention est de préférence fixé à une bétonnière comportant au moins une trémie de chargement et une goulotte de déchargement. Un profilé est fixé à la bétonnière de façon que son extrémité inférieure soit proche du sol et son extrémité supérieure, proche de la trémie de chargement. Le système comporte en plus un bidon mobile entre la goulotte de déchargement et le profilé susmentionné. Un mécanisme de levage coulissant le long du profilé comporte un organe de préhension au moyen duquel saisir le bidon et le déplacer le long du profilé. Cet agencement permet de chasser toute matière en trop par rinçage à grande d'eau de la goulotte et la recueillir dans le bidon disposé au bas de la goulotte. Le bidon est alors ramené à proximité du profilé pour que le mécanisme de levage le transporte le long du rail jusqu'à la trémie de chargement pour que son contenu y soit déversé.
