The present invention is directed to a cleaning system comprising a reservoir of cleaning solvent, a fabric article treating vessel and a filtration device for removing contaminants from the cleaning solvent. The filtration device comprises at least an adsorbent material having an Adsorbent Capacity of at least about 200 mg contaminants per gram of adsorbent. A method for using the same is also disclosed.
L'invention concerne un système de nettoyage comprenant un réservoir de solvant de nettoyage, un récipient de traitement d'article en tissu et un dispositif de filtration permettant d'éliminer des contaminants du solvant de nettoyage. Le dispositif de filtration comprend au moins un matériau adsorbant possédant une capacité d'adsorption d'au moins environ 200 mg de contaminants par gramme d'adsorbant. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'utilisation associé.
