The invention provides a moist wipe for cleaning a surface, the wipe comprising a sheet material pre~moistened with an aqueous emulsion comprising a wax and no or a low amount of silicone compounds. The wipe is used to wipe a surface, to prevent or reduce against water staining on the surface, as might arise from subsequent contact with aqueous liquids. The invention further provides a packaged product containing at least one wipe, and a method of manufacturing moist wipes.

L'invention concerne un chiffon mouillé utilisé pour nettoyer une surface. Ce chiffon est constitué d'une matière à feuilles prémouillée avec une émulsion aqueuse comprenant une cire et des composés ne contenant pas de silicone ou contenant du silicone en très faible dose. Ce chiffon est utilisé pour nettoyer une surface, pour éviter ou réduire les taches d'eau produites sur cette surface, qui pourraient apparaître par contact ultérieur avec des liquides aqueux. L'invention concerne en outre un produit emballé contenant au moins un chiffon, et un procédé de fabrication de chiffons mouillés.
