A method is provided for forming an active material containing coating on a substrate. The substrate is suitably a wipe, cloth or sponge for household use, or a water-soluble household cleaning unit dose product. The method comprises the steps of: - introducing one or more gaseous or atomised liquid and/or solid coating-forming materials which undergo chemical bond forming reactions within a plasma environment and one or more active materials which substantially do not undergo chemical bond forming reactions within a plasma environment , into an atmospheric or low pressure plasma discharge and/or an excited gas stream resulting therefrom, and ii) exposing the substrate to the resulting mixture of atomised coating-forming and at least one active material which are deposited onto the substrate surface to form a coating.
L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'un matériau actif contenant un substrat recouvert d'un revêtement. Le substrat est adapté pour être utilisé comme chiffon, torchon ou éponge à usage domestique, ou un produit à dose unitaire de nettoyage domestique soluble dans l'eau. Le procédé consiste i) à introduire un ou plusieurs matériaux liquides et/ou solides gazeux ou atomisés formant un revêtement, soumis à des réactions de formation de liaisons chimiques dans un environnement plasmatique, et un ou plusieurs matériaux actifs n'étant sensiblement pas soumis à des réactions de formation de liaisons chimiques dans un environnement plasmatique, dans une décharge de plasma atmosphérique ou à basse pression et/ou un flux gazeux excité, et ii) à exposer le substrat au mélange obtenu composé des matériaux de formation de revêtement atomisés et d'au moins un matériau actif déposés sur le substrat de surface pour former un revêtement.
