ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A clear, autoclavable, blow-moldable plastic formulation for medical and other uses comprises a two, or optionally three, component system including (1) a polyolefin consisting of propylene units as a first com- ponent, (2) a block copolymer having thermoplastic rub- ber characteristics with a central block of ethylene- butylene copolymer and terminal blocks of polystyrene, and (3) an optional third ingredient comprising a softening agent of polyethylene or poly(ethylene-vinyl acetate), which is particularly desirably used if the thermoplastic rubber copolymer has a molecular weight of more than 70,000. The formulation is essentially free of liquid plasticizers.
