An adhesive clip includes a central flexible portion, a first set of tabs on a first side edge of the central flexible portion and a second set of tabs on a second side edge of the central flexible portion. Each tab has an inner surface and an outer surface with the inner surfaces of each set of tabs forming an opening for receiving planar material. At least a portion of each inner surface has adhesive.
