The invention relates to finance and can be used in different branches of the national economy for carrying out clearing operations with the aid of a communications network. Said invention makes it possible to increase the security of a buyer in the course of buying-selling clearing transactions using a communications network. The variants of the inventive method consist in logging a list of proposed commodities (works, services) in the seller's computer, notifying a settlement account for said goods, a transit bank account being used as the settlement account. Afterwards, a buyer reads said list of commodities (works, services). Each payment being provided with an individual code, the commodity is paid by transfer into the bank account of the seller. The inventive method also consists in advising the transit bank on the assigned payment code, delivering the commodity (works, services) to the purchaser on the condition that said purchaser communicates the code to the seller, informing the transit bank of the code received from the purchaser, transferring a due sum to the seller on condition that the code communicated to the transit bank by the seller coincides with the code which is received by the transit bank in addition to said payment.

L'invention permet d'augmenter le degré de sécurité de l'acheteur lors d'une transaction d'achat/vente à règlement non scriptural par le biais d'un réseau de communication. Des variantes du procédé consistent à établir dans un dispositif informatisé du vendeur une liste de marchandises proposées (ou de travaux et services), indiquer les cordonnées du compte de paiement pour ces marchandises, lesdites coordonnées comprenant celles du compte ouvert à cet effet dans une banque intermédiaire, faire visualiser cette liste par l'acheteur, attribuer un code individuel à chaque opération de paiement, payer la marchandise par virement de fonds sur ce compte, communiquer accessoirement à la banque intermédiaire le code de paiement, remettre la marchandise à l'acheteur à condition que ledit code ait été communiqué par l'acheteur au vendeur, communiquer à la banque intermédiaire le code obtenu de l'acheteur et faire transférer l'argent au vendeur par l'acheteur pour le montant indiqué à condition que le code communiqué par le vendeur à la banque intermédiaire corresponde au code reçu par la banque intermédiaire en complément au paiement indiqué.
