The invention pertains to a climatic panel, in particular, for residential and office buildings, having ducts that convey a cooling or heating medium, which are arranged on a carrier plate consisting of a material with inferior heat conducting properties, e.g., a polystyrene foam, and which are covered from the room to be air-conditioned. In order to be able to manufacture such a climatic panel in a simple fashion, the ducts are embedded in a layer consisting of particles of a material with superior heat conducting properties, e.g., a metal granulate or metal chips, a ceramic material, sand, in particular, silica sand, or coal dust, and a cover essentially adjoins this layer in a two-dimensional fashion.
