ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An elongated clip is used in the construction of a room including wall and ceiling panels and frame members against which the panels abut. The clip is nailed or screwed to the frame member and supports a pair of panels which make up a corner of the room. The clip includes an elongated slot for receipt of the entire margin of one of the panels and an elongated surface against which the entire end wall of the other panel abuts.
