TITLE: CLIP FOR WALL OR CEILING PANEL STRUCTURE A B S T R A C T A clip for mounting a wall or ceiling panel structure in which the panels have inturned rims on their longitudinal edges, and preferably beads on the rims, wherein there is a body 16 having downwardly extending first members 20, 21. preferably adjacent one edge and a downwardly extending fourth member 25, preferably adjacent the opposite edge. Adjacent and spaced from the first member by an amount to accommodate two rims on abutting relation is a second downwardly extending member 22 having lateral lugs 30, 31, while a pair of third downwardly extending members 23, 24 is shaped to enable two panels to be spaced from one another and is also provided with a lug 32 so that the clip may alternatively be used for mounting a panel adjacent a wall surface.
