The invention is a new type of fender for bicycles. It is made to attach primarily to the common carrier racks that many cyclists attach to the rear of their bikes for carrying material or attaching panniers. It is small, light and easily removable. When not in use it easily flips over onto the carrier rack where it does not interfere with the normal use of the rack. It is very effective, yet will fit easily into a pocket or backpack. It is made of plastic so it is easy to keep clean.
