This cap (1) has a tubular skirt (12) to fit around the outside of the neck (2) of the container. The skirt has internal means for clipping it onto the neck which are designed to secure the cap removably to the neck by forming a tight fit with an edge of the neck. The skirt also has an external tab (14) for manually unclipping the cap, the tab extending out from the skirt and occupying only a portion of the periphery of the skirt. In order that the cap can be placed around the neck accurately and efficiently by ordinary bottling heads, the skirt also has an external collar (16) which extends outwards from the skirt and occupies a portion of the periphery separate from the portion associated with the tab, being separated from it at either end along the periphery of the skirt, with at least one part, occupying more than 180° around the central axis (X-X) of the skirt possessing, in a cross section at right angles to this axis, a circular external profile concentric with the axis and having a radius approximately equal to the maximum radial distance between the axis and the external profile of the tab.
Ce bouchon (1) comporte une jupe tabulaire (12) pour entourer extérieurement le col de récipient (2). Cette jupe est munie de moyens intérieurs de clipsage sur le col, adaptés pour fixer de manière amovible le bouchon sur le col, par coincement avec un bord du col. Cette jupe est également munie d'un onglet extérieur de dégagement manuel (14), permettant de déclipser le bouchon, s'étendant de la jupe en saillie vers l'extérieur et courant sur seulement une portion périphérique de la jupe. Afin que le bouchon puisse être mis en place autour du col avec précision et efficacité par des têtes d'embouteillage usuelles, la jupe est en outre munie d'une collerette extérieure (16), qui s'étend de la jupe en saillie vers l'extérieur, qui court sur une portion périphérique distincte de la portion associée à l'onglet, en étant séparée de part et d'autre suivant la périphérie de la jupe, et dont au moins une partie, qui court sur plus de 180° autour de l'axe central (X-X) de la jupe, présente, en coupe transversale à cet axe, un profil extérieur circulaire, centré sur l'axe et ayant un rayon sensiblement égal à la distance radiale maximale entre l'axe et le profil extérieur de l'onglet.
