ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device for extracting from a double binary phase-shift keying (PSK) signal the clock of the base band signal. In the device, the phase- shift keying signal input is doubled in frequency and frequency-mixed with the carrier wave regenerated from the input signal and frequency-doubled. The clock desired is obtainable from the mixer output through band-pass filter means. No use is made of any frequency divider that involves a phase ambiguity and the clock regenerated is utilizable immediately as it is.
